Hello , the code is N64/3 we arent aware of the code you have supplied . The main thing to check with any tube is the lenght inc or exc the prongs, the wattage and the cap type - t4, t5 etc this tube is 341mm length & 352 incl pins 12mm Dia... 3400k 630Lm thanks

Hello, the best way to find a replacement would be to measure the bulb you currently have, and then look for a bulb with those measurements, as there is a lot of variance in T4 bulb sizes.
