Will this work as a replacement for the JC83003 range ? As I have one that has stopped working

Thank you for your question! The Robus - 16W T4 Fluorescent Fitting Striplight (520mm) is compatible with various fittings, but to determine if it can replace the JC83003 range, it’s essential to check a few key factors:
1. Wattage and Size: Ensure that the wattage (16W) and the physical dimensions (520mm) match those of your existing JC83003 fitting.
2. Type of T4 Fitting: Confirm that the type of T4 fluorescent tube used in both the Robus fitting and the JC83003 range is the same.
3. Electrical Compatibility: Check the electrical specifications, such as voltage and socket type, to ensure they are compatible.
4. Mounting and Wiring: Verify whether the mounting and wiring configurations of the new fitting are similar to the old one, to facilitate installation.
If these specifications align, the Robus 16W T4 Fluorescent Fitting should work as a replacement. If you are unsure, it is always a good idea to consult with a professional electrician or refer to the product documentation for both fittings.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Hello Barry, to replace the tube, ensure the mains is switched off and allow to cool. Slide lamp covers inward to remove them then rotate tube 90° before removing it. Ensure the lamp covers are replaced after a new tube is inserted. Thank you for your enquiry.
