Hello Bernard, this product measures 480mm including the pins (468mm excluding pins) and is a 3400K tube so it looks as though it should be compatible. As a further check, the diameter of the tube we supply is 12mm. Thank you for your enquiry.

Hello Scott, we do stock one type of T4 20W tube - its colour is very close at 3400K. You can see it at https://www.electricalworld.com/en/Eterna-20W-T4-580mm-Fluorescent-Bulb/m-1293.aspx - note however that this is a tube designed for 230V AC and may not suit your application in Canada. Please note also that there is a lot of variance in T4 tube lengths, so the best way to find a replacement is to measure the length of the tube you currently have (either pin-to-pin or cap-to-cap) and use that measurement to help you choose a replacement.
