Knightsbridge 13A Double Pole Remote Controlled IP66 Weatherproof Outdoor Socket

The IP7000R/IP9000R, 13A Single or Twin DP Outdoor UK 3 Pin Socket with Remote Control by Knightsbridge are tough durable units ideal for farms, garages, gardens, and industry.

Most people wire this item using Hi-Tuff or Steel Wire Armoured Cable. If using Steel Wire Armoured Cable you will require a Cable Gland Pack or when using the Hi-Tuff you will require a Flexible Cable Gland.

Main Features:

Compact remote controlled 13A outdoor socket ideal for outdoor use with a range of up to 20m.
Includes remote control.
Built in manual override.
IP66 rated ensuring protection against water jets and dust from all directions.
Convenient 20mm cable gland entry from all sides.
Compliant to all relevant safety standards.
Remote fob remote requires 2 x 3V CR2016

Thought i would share, this little product is much better than i presumed i was buying, i have paid more in the past and received product not as good. The plastic is nice and tough, the seals are good, the instructions clear and the connections are strong. thanks
