Hi, thanks for sending the item as quick as you did. I used it to add a telephone extension to a little room we have converted into a office. The advise Matthew give was useful to which was not to staple the cable and use clips as staples can damage the internal cores of the cable. The telephone extension is working perfect. Ethan
