NO ONE GOES TO THE TROUBLE OF TURNING OFF ROOM RADIATORS IN ROOMS THAT ARE NOT BEEN USED AND AS A RESULT HUGE QUANTIES OF OIL/GAS ARE WASTED COSTING A FORTUNE. THIS PRODUCT COMBINED WITH A (RADIATOR ACTUATOR) WILL AUTOMATICALLY TIME-OUT RADIATORS WHEN A PERSON LEAVES THE ROOM. I AM NOW FITTING THEM TO EVERY RADIATOR IN THE HOUSE. THEY ARE IDEAL FOR RENTED HOUSES/APARTMENTS WHERE TENANTS NEVER REMEMBER TO TURN OFF THE RADIATOR.SOMETIMES THESE RADIATORS ARE LEFT ON FOR WEEKS/MONTHS.ONCE INSTALLED THEY WILL PAY FOR THEMSELVES IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS
