Bought this for a sturdy box to wheel my heavy Scuba kit to dive sites and has been exceptional. Really well built and the key for me - water proof in horizontal position when transporting, dust proof on the dive site and super strong wheels (with good clearance) and handle. The perk as a toolbox (the power cable access) is a minor drawback for a divebox as it is not completely waterproof at the opening and as its at the same side as the wheels, when you are rolling it you can get a trickle of water coming through. Not what it was made for though and I'm sure I can seal it up better for my use. I really think Keter have missed a marketing opportunity labelling it only in tool storage - good wheeled dive boxes that can take abuse are really hard to find and this is exceptional. Price and service from Electrical World was also exceptional - must have been almost as much to post (free to me) as it was to buy!
