Thank you for choosing to have your parts serviced by Electrical World. Here are 6 easy steps to ensuring a fast turn around.
1.Choose the service you would like and order it in the usual way
2.Remove the part from your bike and thoroughly clean and degrease.(Our technicians do not like getting dirty with other peoples Mud!)
3.Print off a copy of this form along with a copy of your confirmation E-mail so we know what service you would like. Please fill in the form below so we can tune the fork or repair your brake to your needs. Please include this form and the confirmation in the package.
4.Wrap the part in suitable packaging materials, Cardboard, Bubble wrap etc to ensuring to protect the part from damage. It is worth remembering to also try and keep the weight down, as excessive packaging will cost you extra postage. Address the parcel clearly to the address below.
5. Take the parcel to your local post office and ask for the parcel to be sent to us. For heavy items like suspension Forks expect to pay 5 - 8 GBP using a Standard Parcel Post and for small items such as a disc brake expect to pay around 2.50 GBP using Recorded Royal Mail. Also make sure that the post office clerk is not trying to charge you for international postage to Ireland as we are in Northern Ireland and the postage rates are exactly the same as the rest of the UK.
6. We will complete the service and freepost the part back to you on a guaranteed next day delivery
