Hi, we would be installing these in a care home - can you advise if they will interfere with any other frequencies, e.g., nurse call etc

Usually they will not interfere but it would depend on the call system you have. If you can let us know the make and model of your call system, we could check this out for you. Thank you for your enquiry.

I need help how to put the 3 batteries in as no guidance. It was supplied by Social Serviced but cannot get the Industrial batteries so I bought 2 pkts of Duracell as felt better quality.
There is no indication which direction the batteries should be facing.
I thought it was right as it sounded on Learn.
when l pressed the bell outside my flat it produced no sound.

Hello Mrs G, there is a link to an instruction manual in the product description which shows (on the first page) how to insert the batteries - you can download this here as well: http://www.electricalworld.com/Images/ModelDescriptions/Greenbrook-Wireless-Door-Bell-Chime-Range-electricalworld.pdf - thank you for your enquiry.
