What size is electric stove would I need to heat 5m x 4m room?
Electrical World Replies:
|
Hello Dave, please refer to the following article : https://www.electricalworld.com/en/News/What-Size-Of-Electric-Heater-Do-I-Need/n-54.aspx - for example, if your room is 5m x 4m it is 20 square metres (which is equivalent to 215 square feet). Going from the chart, if your room is well insulated then this product would be well suited to it. If, however, the room is poorly insulated you would be better with a 3kW heater (this one is 2kW). Thank you for your enquiry.

How much electricity does it use per day
Electrical World Replies:
|
Hello Rory, this depends on a number of factors but mainly which setting you use and how long you are using it for. Running on the lower setting for six hours it will use 5.4 units but running on maximum output all day (24 hours) it will use 43.2 units. Thank you for your enquiry.
