Having purchased another brand light from a competitor, and having had it replaced as faulty, and then the replacement was DEAD out of the box.
A refund was made and I then went online to source another light.

Got this to replace a previous design which used fluorescent bulbs. Works just as well, gives out a warm white (yellowish) glow and is bright enough without being too bright. I shave with a blade, so I haven't actually tested the shaver sockets, but also haven't heard any transformer hum.
