This item was to replace one that had broken. Pleased with this replacement. Only slight criticism was that the lead and connector were different to the original, and as we had fitted three under cabinet fittings, I had to get an electrician to splice into the original wiring, in order to fit this new one. Would have been a lot easier and cheaper if the complete fitting was the same as the original. Other than that OK.

Replaced one of three 15 year old units (the other two still going strong). Replacement was identical, delivered next day and excellent value. Very pleased with it and would throughly recommend Electrical World.

Bought this to replace an older faulty one and was an ideal replacement that comes with all necessary fittings enabling me to wire it in and get it up and working without too much fuss. I was so sorry to have to return the lights as they were just a little to big to fit into my welsh dresser.I wished they had fitted as they were easy to mount and very attractive. Bad luck on my part !!

I have hade these Eterna Fixtures for 10 years now.
I had to replace just one unit in this time. Very happy with these Eterna fixtures they give a wide are of light above kitchen work top and sit behind plinth of wall units and are very easy to keep clean.

Bought this to replace current bulb. It was well packaged! Unfortunately I hoped to be able to simply just connect to current fixture but due to very slight difference at connect point (literally about 1 milli) the whole fitting needs replacing so cost of electrician will be required for this small job. To be fair, current fitting has been in for a long time so spec likely changed. Just so close to size though so a bit disappointed that electrician needed.

Fitting is fine but was bought to replace existing one which is a link under cupboard fitting. Fitting exactly the same as the old one but the manufacturers have changed the end of the fitting so it will not connect to the existing wiring! Be aware that you will need to buy an adapter to make it fit, or try a bit of DIY wiring!
