Hello, the best way to find a replacement would be to measure the bulb you currently have, and then look for a bulb with those measurements, as there is a lot of variance in T4 bulb sizes. Check out our Fluorescent Bulb Sizing Guide & Product Selector to find a replacement: https://www.electricalworld.com/en/Helping-You-Choose-a-T4T5T8-Bulb/cc-59.aspx thanks

Is the code of this product FT10TRI? This code is on my tube and I want to make sure if it's the correct tube before I buy?
Thank you!

Hello, the code of our product is N64/3 - we are not aware of the code you have mentioned. The main thing to check with any tube is the length and you need to be certain whether the length quoted includes or excludes the pins (or prongs). The tube wattage and cap type (e.g., T4 or T5) are also important when you are making a choice. The tube in this listing is a 10W T4 tube and is 341mm length (excluding the pins) or 352mm long (including the pins). As you can see from the listing, it has a colour of 3400K and an output of 630 lm. Thank you for your enquiry.

Quantity one does it mean one bulb or a pack of 5 bulbs for the price of 4 at £3.72?
Thank you

Hello Sid, this is for one bulb. Occasionally we run a "5 for the price of 4" promotion on bulbs and tubes. Thank you for your enquiry.
