Ordered this fire on Sunday evening and received it on Wednesday. I regard that as excellent service from Electrical Europe. I have had no cause to contact their customer service so I'm unable to make any comment there. Very pleased with product which satisfies all requirements. Contrary to some other reviews, I do not find it at all noisy when the heat fans are not switched on. When on, they are understandably slightly noisy but not obtrusively so. The flame effect is as good as you're likely to get and the complete stove is excellent value for money.

Really good little heater, very effective especially on the higher level but it is quite noisy due to the fan. Looks good and arrived fully assembled (apart from putting the loose coals into the heater) and ready to plug in.
