I’ve recently bought this power bank, however I don’t know how to use it. Is there a button to press to activate the power bank and how do I charge it?

Hello. You must fully charge the power bank prior to first use. To charge the device, insert the Micro USB cable into the power bank, and plug the USB end into the USB charging device. Once the charging LED light stops flashing the power bank is ready for use. To use the power bank to charge your mobile phone (or tablet), insert the USB end of the cable into the ouput port of the power bank, and insert the other end into the mobile device, and check your mobile device to ensure it is charging. The oval button on the top of the device is the on/off button.

Why doesn’t the led light stop flashing, I’ve charged it for over 5 hours

"Hello, there may be a number of reasons as to why the powerbank is flashing continually.
This may happen when left on the charge to indicate it is fully charged.
It may be that the connection is not secure between the charger and the power bank.
It may not have been used for a long time.
The temperature is too cold for the battery to fully charge.
There may be a fault with the pack.
