Sir/Madam,

Took delivery of a water heater to find the casing had been broken. When I reported this to Electrical World via telephone on a Friday afternoon I was amazed to find a replacement unit being delivered by noon the following day. I did not expect to get the delivery until the following Monday. This was the fastest delivery I ever experienced.

Asked a question about cable entry. The manual indicated bottom right-hand side which was not completely accurate. I assumed it was what looked like a plastic knock-out but alas it was not. The cable entry is at the back of the unit, bottom, right-hand side. I would suggest a small modification to the manual description. Otherwise, great service from Electrical World
