• Flooring can be sanded many times and you can change the colour finish regularly. 
• Some of the pictures show a finished floor using a matt varnish, you can stain, wax and varnish this for your own unique finish. 
• The purchasing options on this listing are for square meter quantity or a sample which contains one piece
