Wonderful modern looking fire that sets off the focal point to my living room. Very pleased with my purchase, would recommend.

This is really lovely and good fir a Quick burst of heat - the ambience from the very realistic flames is amazing - the only downside is I don’t know how to work the remote control. It’s very complicated and I dont think I received any instructions

It’s a really substantial fire - solid and good to look at. The Remote is a bit confusing (I didn’t read the instructions and don’t know what most of the buttons are for) lots of features. I only use the on and off button. The only downside (which isn’t too much of a biggie) is the noise: like an internal fan. It’s only noticeable if you’ve got the fire on and there’s no other noise. That said, it looks good and it heats the place up quickly. Although I don’t really use it for heat, I use it as a focal point, on the few occasions I’ve used the heater, it’s been perfectly fine

Pros
1.good too look at. Plug it in and good to go
2. It’s stable and robust
3. Flame effect is gorgeous
4. The stones are good quality as is the white surround
Cons
1. The remote control in the pics is not the one you get with the fire, it’s got way more buttons
2. There is noise when only the flames are on
3. You can’t see from the photos, but the fan unit/hearing element is visible. I don’t know if it’s a safety feature but a lower mantle would’ve hidden it
