How about if I purchased a voltage converter from 230V to 120V? Would it work in the US then?
Example converter I would purchase to use with it:

Hello , thanks for the question. The listing you sent a link too will converto the plug type but wont convert the voltage from 115 - 320v . You will need something like this , and if you wish to pick the appropiate wattage based on the heater selected. Im not trying to discourage you from purchasing this heater but for short term use this might be ok but for longer term installation i would recomened buying a 115v heater. https://www.amazon.com/Simran-AC-100-Voltage-Converter-Transformer/dp/B004MPR3WW/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1480513904&sr=8-4&keywords=usa+to+uk+step+up

Hi dies this come withaplug compatible with australisn power
Electrical World Replies:

Hello, this does not come with an Australian plug, but if you cut off the plug and re-wire it with an Australian plug, it will work fine, as the power supply is 240V 50Hz the same as the UK and the cable colours are to the same conventions, thanks

What size fuse does it use

Hello, thanks for the question. For wattages up to 600, a 3A fuse must be fitted. For wattages over 600, a 5A fuse must be fitted.

Please can you describe the differences between the Tubular Heaters by dimplex, greenbrook and eterna? Thanks
Electrical World Replies:
|
The Greenbrook and Eterna heater are only really different by aesthetics because they are the same in the way they operate - they have an internal preset stat which cuts out which it gets up to temperature. The dimplex one though has the added benefit of a controllable stat on the end of the heater - which is pretty handy. The only reason why some people dont like the dimplex heater is for e.g in a church / chapel - the stat's maybe moved by children etc.
