Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our returns policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.

Standard Items:

  • Return Period: You may return any standard item within 60 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please go to our live chat portal and follow the link to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with your returned item.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Special Order Items:

  • Custom, Special, or Extended Lead Time Items: Due to the nature of these items, they are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your special order item arrives in such a condition, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been customized or made-to-order cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Inspection Upon Receipt: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
  • Resolution: If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges. We may ask you to provide photos or other evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim efficiently.

  • Return Authorization (RA): Please ensure you have obtained an RA number before returning any items. Items returned without an RA number may not be accepted.

Exceptions:

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
