Hi, how would you change a bulb on this design please?
Electrical World Replies:

Hello, this stove does not use a standard bulb, but an electronically controlled LED system to create the effect, and so there are no user-serviceable parts on this appliance that would need to be replaced, thanks

I am looking for a stove like this one but it needs to be 62 cms high. Do you have any stoves of that height and 52+ cms wide?
Thanks

Hello, thanks for the question. We have this one which is 64cm (https://www.electricalworld.com/en/Dimplex-Chevalier-Freestanding-Electric-Stove---White/m-3602.aspx), but none that are 62cm exactly.

asks
Is it noisy when turned on
Electrical World Replies:
|
Hello Marie, the stove is virtually silent when running the flame effect only. The manufacturer quotes a noise level of 50 decibels [50dB(A)] when producing heat output so it is still very quiet. For some interesting information on sound levels, check out our Decibel Comparison Guide at https://www.electricalworld.com/en/Decibel-dB-Comparison-Chart/cc-42.aspx - thank you for your enquiry.
