Deliveries and the COVID-19 Virus

We have temporarily suspended all Timed and Next Day Delivery Services as a result of our delivery carriers not being able to guarantee delivery dates on specific delivery services. We will notify everyone when this service resumes to normal.

Due to the COVID-19 Virus, your order may take slightly longer than normal to get to you.

We are still open as usual, and your order will be dispatched on time, however, some of our couriers have informed us to expect additional delays as they try to keep staff safe and meet demand. 

If you have a query about your delivery, please contact our Customer Services team.

We want to make sure that during this critical time that you can get the products you need, and we are working hard to expand our range of home and essential products at this time.

As a business, we recognized the dangers of this virus early on and introduced measures to protect our staff and the public. Our warehouse is very automated, one of the benefits of this is staff can adhere to social distancing (We also ensure this is adhered to!). Some of the other measures we have taken such as additional protective gloves and masks are provided. Handwashing, workstation sanitizing is done daily. Employees are not allowed to work if they have any symptoms. Working from home is carried out where possible.
