Excellent product, great service fantastic price. What more can I say ,really pleased with my purchase and no more blocked gutters.
I had been told that these devices do work, time will tell. Living close to large trees my gutter down pipes block regularly leading to overflows. In autumn this can over every few weeks. I have resisted fitting them as I find it very difficult to understand why they are so expensive, however if they work then fine. I do worry that due to the way they are packed ( cable ties) they get damaged and sections have the brushed flattened. I have fitted them so that part is in the gutter. The fitting instructions I feel are poor and don’t explain what you do with the wire ends. I have very mixed feelings about the quality and they are branded. As I said If they work fine but I am not greatly impressed so far.
After existing guttering was replaced 2 years ago the down pipes became repeatedly blocked with debris leading to overflowing gutters in heavy rain. I have fitted FloPlast with the expectation that this will solve the problem. Fitting was easy except where the gutter had been at a lower level. For that section I had to secure FloPlast to the gutter with metal ties ( not supplied). Perhaps FloPlast should have been offered with an option to purchase securing ties. Not yet tested in heavy rain
I fitted this brush in one gutter a couple of years ago and have also tried the clip-on grids from the same manufacturer. I believe this brush is better as it fits even when the gutter is quite high up under the tiles and there is no room to fit the grids. Also it does not ping out of place and allow leaves and moss to fall down into the gutter. You need to tuck it quite well down to stop high winds from lifting it out but if it's even and straight it seems fine.
