Returning an item
Returns on everything up to 20KG and can be returned via your local post office or courier.
If you're not completely satisfied with an item and it is unused and the component has been unfitted you can return it to us within 60 days of purchase for a refund*.
All Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Please note that some items are excluded from this policy, please see our Terms and Conditions below.
If you're returning a bulky item or an item over 20KG in weight please contact us and we'll make it easy for you to return it to us.
If your item has developed a fault please contact us so we can assist you with your issue.
When returning an item from the UK, please choose a suitable method as detailed below:
Items below 20KG and 61x46x46cm
You can return your item(s) to us via your local Post Office. There are over 11,000 Post Offices nationwide offering this service.
Parcels must be under 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) in size.
Parcels must be under 20kgs in weight.
Only parcels with the correct Royal Mail Returns label will be accepted at the Post Office.
Simply go to Royal Mail Returns Center - Here, fill out all the relevant information and bring the parcel to your local Post Office.
Your RMA number is simply your Order ID with us.
Items above 20KG or 61x46x46cm
