Customs information
If, as of March 10th 2016, the value of your basket is under the duty threshold of $800 (postage included), you will not be required to pay import duty taxes. (Previously the import duty threshold stood at $200)
Any additional charges or fees for customs clearance should they arise must be paid by the customer. ElectricalWorld has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost. We are unable to reimburse or refund any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
If your order stands over the duty-free value, you will be issued with instruction along with the total amount due. Once paid for, your order will be sent for delivery.
